Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days of placing your order, In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s) in accordance with our refunds policy (set out below).
To cancel a Contract, you must:
1. inform us by telephoning us or by emailing us with details of the Product and saying you are cancelling the order.
2. return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for any Product that we have custom-made for you.

Delivery / Orders
We will fulfil your order and despatch within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
You total price to pay is the cost of the products, plus vat plus delivery charges.
Prices can change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have accepted before the price change.
