Cancellation Of Orders

You may cancel your order at any time within 7 working days of placing your order. If you choose to cancel your order within this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the Product(s), in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy set out below.

To cancel your order, you must:

1. Notify us of your intention to cancel by telephone or email, providing details of the Product(s) concerned and clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.
2. Return the Product(s) to us promptly and in the same condition in which you received them. The cost and risk associated with returning the Product(s) will be your responsibility.

Please ensure that the Product(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during return. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs while the Product(s) are being returned to us.

Custom-Made Products

You do not have the right to cancel an order for any custom-made, personalised, or specially commissioned Product(s) that have been made specifically to your requirements, unless the Product(s) are faulty or otherwise do not comply with the Contract.

Pre Orders For Outside The Uk

From 1st October 2026 we are now taking a non refundable deposit on pre orders that made from outside the Uk. This will be automatically added at checkout.

When the model is ready and we contact you, this deposit will be taken off the final total however please note if you no longer wish to take the model or we do not hear back from you, this deposit is non refundable therefore you will not receive a refund on this.
