Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

7-Day Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Before sending any item back to us, you must contact us first to notify us of the return and receive confirmation of the return process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and before returning the item.

Once the item has been returned to us and the damage or fault has been confirmed, you will receive a full refund for the item.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Cancellations / Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you have cancelled your order or changed your mind, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the item.

In this case:

• You will receive a refund for the cost of the item.
• The original postage/delivery cost is non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Credit Notes

Instead of receiving a refund, you may choose to receive a credit note for the amount you are entitled to have refunded.

If you would prefer a credit note, please contact us before sending the item back so that we can arrange this for you.

Important

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

All returned items must be received by us within the applicable 7-day return period.
